Remembering Spirit
So often we hear Body, Mind, and Spirit, when in fact, we are first Spirit. By putting Spirit first, in Spirit, Mind, and Body, we remember first what beautiful, holy, beings of light we are. With our body and mind we are able to create and experience what is in our heart and soul. We can experience ourselves as separate individuals, and know in our heart that this is a game of illusion we are playing, and how we choose to play it collectively and individually is up to us. And when the game is over, as Spirit, we continue on.
